Pet Stains

Some pet stains must be treated by REMOVING padding, treating carpet and subfloor, then re-installing pad and carpet. Each case depends on how much odor and stains are in carpet.

In my experience even using a lot of hot water and subsurface flushing tools the odor can still be smelled after trying to flush padding and carpet and some stains can re-appear.

Some surface stains can be cleaned quick and easy. Using products to remove stains and odors
Carpets can be clean and dry in 1-2 hours...Heavy urine will need to be soaked under carpet which will take much longer to dry before odor is gone.   Using a plant based product and boosting it with Stabilized Chlorine Dioxide we can now eliminate bacteria that causes odor without leaving residue or bleaching out carpet.Stabilized Chlorine Dioxde can do what other urine products can not come close too----remove phosphorus from urine so we can see with a black light the old stains from the new stains.....and on many jobs the black light shows the phosphorous breaks down right away...some take time to break down....The black light proves we are breaking down urine on carpet which means when odor is gone the urine has been broken down in backing and padding also.
