Wood floors can be cleaned with very low moisture
and still have soil removed deep down in the pores of the wood. The micro fiber cotton blended pads show how much soil can be removed while polishing the clear coat.

When there is excessive pet staining into padding more needs to be done with products that will remove bacteria that causes odor and products for staining and in some cases padding MUST be removed.
We have had great success using products that remove odor and stains on many carpets but sometimes stains can not be removed.
Keep your tile floor clean by using a neutral tile cleaner for daily maintenance.
This floor had a build up of a product used weekly that said it would add shine to the tile. Many daily maintenance products will leave residue if they do not have a label that says NO Rinse on the bottle.

Sisal carpet or grass fiber carpet is difficult to clean--but not impossible. The main problem is after fibers are scratched or have abrasion the gray appearance is still visible after cleaning. Like many delicate fibers a constant maintenance is needed with vacuuming and careful cleaning by a professional.
With new cleaning systems now available sisal can be cleaned without damage.
